charming riverfront stay
helpful staff port wine comfortable bed
the hotel staff were helpful recommending local restaurants. i appreciated their assistance getting tickets to a soccer game. the complimentary port wine and natas in my room were a lovely surprise. the bed and pillows were indeed very comfortable and i had good sleep.
i would have liked a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. it would have made getting ready easier and more convenient.

the hotel offers nice views of the river. it's within walking distance to many areas. the location has lots of people and traffic nearby though.

Mediocre stay
inconsistent temperature air conditioning
The breakfast was acceptable (not amazing, but I didn't starve).
I had issues with the AC in my room. It seemed to struggle to maintain a consistent temperature. I think the hotel needs to check it.

slow replenishment bad quality
The breakfast buffet was a real letdown many items constantly ran out. Replenishment was very slow I had to ask multiple times for things like hot water and fruit. One day there was only one type of fruit available. The rooms were not properly serviced towels were removed but not replaced. I even found a hole in one of the towels bad quality towels really annoyed me.

the architecture IS fine I noticed a harmonious blend of modern design and historic features the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection including local delicacies and healthy smoothies
the gym is VERY small it has only two machines and a few weights

prime location delicious option comfortable bed easy transportation
My stay featured a prime location, offering convenient access to waterfront attractions and eateries. The proximity to the river taxi provided easy transportation. The breakfast buffet presented various delicious options daily. I found the bed very comfortable, contributing to a restful visit, even with the room showing some age.
I noticed that the hotel lacked dedicated parking. This absence required finding alternative solutions.

i had a very good breakfast. the dinner restaurant on the premises seemed very sophisticated. the location was also excellent i found, being very central.
my room did not have a parking, i knew it, but a voucher would be nice
